New guest researcher studying spread of antibiotic resistance in soil

STEP is pleased to welcome Dr. Anja Worrich, from the Helmoltz Zentrum für Umweltforschung (UFZ) in Leipzig, as a research guest for a period of 3 months. Dr. Worrich is the recipient of an EMBO fellowship to study the persistence of bacterial antibiotic resistance in soil habitats as function of stress and hydration conditions.
