My interests
Since 2009 I'm focusing on shallow landslides triggered by
heavy rainfall events.
In the context of my PhD project I'm working on the following subjects:
the triggering of shallow landslides.
I studied Geology in the Earth Science Department of ETH Zurich, focusing on
Sedimentology, Engeneering Geology and Soil Sciences.
My research background can be summarized with the following topics:
and tectonic geomorphology at the piedmont of the western Cordillera in Ecuador.
In the context of my PhD project I'm working on the following subjects:
- Hillslope hydrology
- Geomorphometry
- GIS analysis
